No word or help from customer service.
My account has been stuck in “temporary review” and After days of asking why it has been frozen there is still no clear response from the customer support. I’ve tried Discord who’s devs only log on for 10mins a day to copy and paste generic responses then disappear not only that, I was banned from chatting for 24hrs for raising concerns. Fraudulent "Inactivity fees"
I got back to my account after a few years to find a one-time completely bogus "Inactivity fee" of 40,302.00712 BTC and a fantastic soar in the rest of the monthly Storage Fees from 0.000921 BTC/mo to 0.09 BTC/mo — imagine paying € 3,500 EVERY MONTH for "storage" — until everything was drained out from the account, leaving it empty. I am presented with both false data and fraudulent fees, and I see no other option but to take legal action against Wirex. Ticket number 5758746.

I'm warning you. I have not been able to recover the funds deposited in WBTC for over 3 months. Even though the funds were deposited correctly and in Block Explorer you can see that they were credited to the correct account, I do not have access to them and they are not visible in the application. Instead, Wirex sends automatic messages that they are working on it. Support is zero, I wonder if it's a SCAM.

I am writing another review as it seems this is the only way to communicate with you, my money has been stuck since december, last time you have replied to my ticket was 6 december, we are now january 18th, you are a fraud company holding funds for no reason with the worst customer, i just hope this is resolved ASAP and close my account with you
