Great Service, Subpar customer support
I started using Wirex in late December (after Christmas), with a fully approved account + paid subscription and staked WXT. Everything product-wise worked smoothly. I loved using my card to pay for my daily expenses. No problems whatsoever with payments etc. Great service. However, all of a sudden on 06 Jan (in the middle of the day) I get a notification that my card has been blocked. Fraudolent and full of fake reviews
This platform will not give you any sort of support and they can do anything with your funds even after weeks of transactions and movement. First I got my swap reverse after nearly a month with no communication then they blocked any withdrawal for another month and a half. When they finally unblocked my funds the value of my cryptocurrency was 8% of its initial value and unsupported anywhere else for swap anymore. I lost around 20k euro.
