Stole all my money first in storage…
Stole all my money first in storage fees. 10K. Complained and said I will report to Financial ombudsman if no answer. They then said they will refund storage fees to account which they did. Have after that tried to take out the money, 2 times. But they cancel the transaction 2 times. And CS does not answer.

My account was restirected for no reason and I can't withdraw funds!!! I used Wirex app for a while and then when I was doing crypto withdrawal to my external wallet my account got suspended. I provided all the informatiom, sent multiplie requests to support and STILL MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED FOR OVER A MONTH!!! These guys are scammers
These guys are scammers, they attempted to steal my money and close my accounts but forgot to block my card so I was able to recover most my funds. All they do is lock your account when they see some funds they want to steal and refer you to terms and conditions do not put any money into this

Run from this company. They are absolute scammers. I had 5k USD in my card. Once it reached 1.5k by purchasing day to day stuff like food, clothes,etc.. I could no longer use it anymore it would basically say no funds enough, although I have money in it! My account was verified years ago and for nearly a year now it’s been stuck “awaiting authentication for months. They don’t respond to emails at all. There is also an escalation email that I wrote to, guess what - no response. This must be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
