It is very awful and stressful experience for a not very young lady as i am! Last week, suddenly my account got restricted, with money inside. It was written that i need to contact support "ASAP" however since last week i did not get any reply. i have things to pay, but i can't use money, i can't even send it back. it is absolutely terrible! i have also seen some other people having a problem with getting reply from Wirex! I made a transfer from Binance to Wirex on the 26th through the xlm network and until today I haven't received anything, I've already sent more than 10 messages and they haven't responded to me, I haven't heard from you in more than 4 days about what happened, unbelievable. I am exposed to xlm and losing money right now because of incompetence and scam. Don't believe this network or this app, the worst thing that can happen.

Unfortunately, I have lost my mobile phone which was also used for 2FA via Google Authentication. Therefore I cannot login to Wirex app since January 25th. On this day I contacted Wirex Help via app to disable 2FA service when logging in to my account (more than a month ago!). I provided all necessary documents to prove my identity and I already opened 4 tickets but I have not received any feedback from Wirex yet (only automatic answers...). It was a good app until they started blocking account for no reason, i think you can do better than just restricting accounts sporadically. I wasn't given any reason for restricting my account after it turned Pro.
