Inconsistent not trustworthy & support is a joke

After the reapproval of the account on January 23rd 2024 and buying your growth instruments you've locked my access to funds on January 29th. And your support ignores my messages since Jan 30th.

Blocked wirex account and cards

I have blocked wirex account and wirex cards since January 29 because of failed verification which is not possible to restart. I have a lot of money on my account and their support ignores me more than 6 weeks. Any idea what to do? Wirex Support, Please HELP!

My Wirex account has been locked for over 3 MONTHS! After countless emails begging for help, Wirex support finally asked for some information. I sent it right away, but that was 2 MONTHS ago... and the has been silence ever since. Ticket #5783391 #5791436 is just sitting there collecting dust, and my emails are ignored. Come on, Wirex, this is ridiculous!

They are just scamming people , I make crypto deposit from binance , and they just block my account. After explaining my source of funds ,they keept asking for more and more info till the point they stop responding me , and my money is stuck on their THIEVE platform , already 2 months they are holding my 1100€ . PLEASE DONT USE THIS APP , THEY ARE THIEVES!

Added 468 euros to the card. Tried spending 40 euros delinced.. Tried spending 26 delinced. Googled a bit saw they only use "one crypto at a time" and saw had 0.11 euro in there WXT nonsense useless coin. So i took my 468 and put them in WXT. Losing 42 euro in fees (omg what are those fees....) Tried again card still declinded. But now i have 422 euro in a coin that nobody uses and nobody should use. Scam alert ⚠️! I was doing duo staking & noticed my investment decreasing in value every day. I noticed that whenever I put in one coin, Wirex would convert it automatically to another coin. For example, I put in over 5 Sol, and it converted it to USDT without my knowledge, which I noticed. I have been using my Wirex account for more than a year. Today I get a email in regards to a transfer, stating that I need to provide information my account has been restricted. I have money in there that I need for everyday living. What is going on? I hope that this issue is resolved, as I need it to pay bills and do other things.

They block money without deadline.

Wirex blocks money without prior warning. Simultaneously blocks bank cards, bank accounts, money transfers and withdrawals. They call it a standard check, for which they do not name any reasons, do not name any deadlines, do not request any additional documents. In fact, in this way, all your money is at their disposal without the possibility on your part to somehow influence it and get it back. I don't advice to use this "bank". I made a transfer from Binance to Wirex on the 26th through the xlm network and until today I haven't received anything, I've already sent more than 10 messages and they haven't responded to me, I haven't heard from you in more than 4 days about what happened, unbelievable.
