Hi, As a French user, Wirex card works fine and support is fast and efficient. I am a little bit surprised how low is WXT. It is probably due to a lack of utility and large part of not circulating WXT. Maybe, they should burn it all like Crypto.com did. Hope Wirex team would find a way to send it to the moon 😅 May the cryptos be with you. Kind regards

I Think my account is not shure so I transferred btc to another wallet. In the last shopping I've done I would not see the expnse made in euro and the value in Btc deducted was double of the expense. Can you help me to know way? A few mounth ago at the beginning of using wirex i was very satisfied bit no now. Can I change my email on wirex card ? Can I change the card ? I got contacted bywirex about my funds…
I got contacted bywirex about my funds being returned to me after my account got blocked for no reason and after leaving bad review on trust pilot. We exchanged 6 emails in which they requested new crypto adress where my funds shall be transfered. I obliged and even duplicated the adress per their second request, however after that all comunication from wirex stopped and my funds are still not on my account. Whole month passed since then and i have no information about status of the request ...
