Do not ever trust this company with money you need on your daily basis. I really mean that, do not ever do that. It will come a day when they just lock your account and say it’ll only take a few hours for a review of the account. But it continues for several days or even weeks. i've been sending requests and emails…
i've been sending requests and emails to Wirex team. they are not even replying to any of them. 5787547 that's the ticket number which i just sent. my account is restricted for more than 3 weeks even tho it said it's take up max few hours. i need my funds as soon as possible, i have to pay my bills. i hope they will see this review and maybe after that they will help me.

CHEATERS, NOT A SERIOUS BANK! It is my second time writing a review for WIREX. Since novermber, this "bank" left me with no access to my account. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND REQUESTS BUT NEVER GOT ANY ANY REPLY. Nothing was explained to me! NOW I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO EVEN LOG IN, IT SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED. WITH MONEY INSIDE.
