Locked and stole over 300 euros. No explanation, no answers. They are a big fraud *edit* That "explainatory", "clarifying" mail was more of the same bullcrap. "we're sorry blabla escalated blabla as soon as we know you will". Wirex is a CROOKED, ROTTEN, business. Their customer service is a joke. They could put Mr Bean and Leather face there and it would be an improvement.

Awful
I tried wirex then couldn't use the service (am in the UK) and they have no idea when it will be back online. Support is truly awful they just repeat the same answers and litrelly nothing happens. Update - following the response below from wirex, I can confirm NO email has been sent. Yes I have checked my junk / spam folder. They have not sent an email, they are not telling the truth, simple as that.

Some of the Online Payments Services needed to be 3D verified or some Kind that wouldn’t go through & needs to address that.. other than that is All GOOD The Ex. Rate is up to DATE & Fast..
