All sorted at last. As you may have seen I have posted numerous reviews. Now I have some good news if you have lost your coins! My on going problem has now been sorted. I sent 2000 xrp tokens about 10 weeks ago with the wrong destination tag.. my fault of course! However I am happy to report that after many emails and reviews on this site I have finally had them released to my account. There is hope if you are in the same boat as me, you just need to persist and be prepared to wait.

You can fund wirex app without issues, but the problem is when you try to withdraw from the app. They say that there is a problem with blokchain haha. How I managed to fund then?

The first deposit i made was a test. It took several hours to be creditedthen got done after writing to them. The second deposit didnt get done. After 2 days, they stopped replying to my support tickets and after trying to contact by chat, somehow was able to log me out of the app from the chat..TWICE. Stay away from this scam!

I was a fan of wirex because of the bonuses. When I first heard of them they paid me a sign up bonus of 10E which was great. After that, i refered some friends and I should have been paid around 200E. It's been 6 months or so and neither me or my friends have received any bonuses. Beware of Wirex

Beware of Wirex! You may end up without access to your money. I have money on my account but unfortunately the card gets declined at every ATM and stores (both e-commerce and retail). I asked them to refund my balance via manual bank transfer (as the in-app bank transfer is "temporarily" deactivated for ages with no real progress announced) and they straight out declined. Blocked account no answers my money blocked

Been a customer since 2016 everything was working well until my account got blocked for no reason with no explanation. Weeks go by, then months with NO INFO whatsoever and your funds inaccesible.
