Work well for the most time but I am waiting for refund from a company and the money is not showing up in my account. This happend allmost everytime I have the rights to a refund from a vendor. I have to create a ticket to eventually get the money back. Now I am missing 2 refunds, one at 1400 EUR and one at 200 EUR. I will not use this company anymore whereas I lack the trust to continue using them.

This is very frustrating app I have sent ltc funds but has frozen and still pending can't contact support only the stupid wirex bot it's very annoying I have created a ticket still no reply 😑 this might be my last time using it its happen to me b4 but is like know one wants to answer intil you put a bad review up🤬🤬🤬😡😡

A simple email change not possible !
Hello, i would like to make a simple change of my email. Ive tried it online via live chat - only automated textblocks available and no live agent. Also i tried the ticket system to open an new ticket - also not available. Is it possible for you to guide me to a place where i can accomplish this simple task, Wirex ? I will update this rating to 5 stars, when the task is solved but i don´t see any other possibility right now to get in contact with Wirex. Regards.

Hidden fees and whatnot...
Once you add money they will charge you every way they can just to get their cut, 1EUR her 1,4EUR there and then by tha end of every exchange you somehow end up paying them. Everywhere there is a minimum ammount for withdrawal and they do take their sweet time to repsonde customer support requests when they do...

people watch out for this app and the company! I haven't been able to log in to the application for 3 months now, I've also written to support, but no one solves my case. I'm just waiting I'm waiting and that's why I don't recommend investing funds !!! This is a fraudulent company that will not allow you to log in to your account one day ...
