Excellent so far....no hitch/glitch
I am able to deposit into my wallet, withdraw cash at ATM, transfer to other wallets within the limit on my account.. planned accumulating their token bcos I believe they will do well in crypto platform rating like other heavyweights in the market provided they keep updating and improving...No problems whatsoever since 2020 I signed up. I have very bed experience with you Wirex . My account is blocked and I try reach my money back it’s take 6 months!!!! No clear answer from support team, nobody knows who can help me etc . Pleas contact me and help my with my problem.

Horrific company that should be closed down
I've contacted Wirex at least a hundred times trying to get my bitcoin refunded to my account. They admit they took it by mistake, but I've never received a refund. What I have received is a bot 'customer service representative' which has replied to every one of my varied emails with, “Please, see the statement. There were no double charges. Your funds were reversed back to your account.”. This horrific company needs to be closed down.

I don't know why people are complaining about Wirex on Trustpilot. I have been dealing with them for months and I'm very satisfied with their service. I have been using their debit card around the world without issues -- even in occupied territories. With the new program you can get very high cash back rates on your card purchases. They pay the interest on your savings as advertised -- and those are amongst the highest rates you will find with any crypto company. Further, they continue ...

Good service but no Bitcoin Cash support
Very good service, it gets almost everything right except the missing support for Bitcoin Cash that makes no sense since they support some obscure and totally useless other coins. I would give 5 stars if they support it. Another problem/limitation is that the card doesn't work on google pay.

Poor they blocked my account and then took 3 months to sort it out. They fees were too high aswell. Iv downloaded Tap Global and I use that now it's alot better and cheaper

Not a bad app
Not a bad app. Just the ltc transfers take a long time. I don't know why. And i hope that they integrate trc2. Because erc20 is costing to much.
