The worse crypto company ever. I have used Wirex for 6 months and had no issues, but suddenly, they blocked my account. asked for re-verification, which I did, and they still want to hold my $500 for two weeks. No response. No details. Nothing. There are numerous complaints in their Discord as well. Avoid at all cost;

It is a complete scam. Easy to get funds in. Not so much out. Ultra High fees. Duo is a scam. No profit. Do NOT use it.

Account has been restricted for 2 months and now I just cannot log in anymore to open tickets. They prove everyday more and more what a scam it is. I believe in second chances but just communicate. You are making it worse every day. I can bet what automatic answer I will get to this...

Well I saw a 1* from a day or so ago now (now vanished. Hmmm... Wirex?), so thought I would also add my 2 cents. Had nothing but agro with this company and the customer services experience level is extremely low. They never reply to support tickets and I too had an account restricted for over 3 weeks for 'security checks'. More like they use your money (as all banks do) and make even more money trading with it. I wouldn't quite call them a scam, but compared against the other good crypto ...

So since they decided to block my account for 2-3 weeks now, I've decided to take further actions, because Ou can't block my account with no reason or wroteen letter before hand or even let me now and all you do whenever I write a request is reply wirh the same cop andpast answer like robotos, this is very unprofessional and frustrating to endure, Ist like one is talking to himself, imtried so I'm going to sue wirex, how can verification taKe days and weeks,.banks like this o nn ly have ...

I have had an account with WireX for at least 2yrs. Within the last two months I had roughly $8500 removed from my account and was recorded as ‘storage fee’. This was every bit of crypto I had in there until the account now sits at 0.02cents. When I asked about this, they said that was due to inactivity. I was active on my account nearly every second day, I did not however make a transaction. At no time did WireX contact me to pre warn of these fees or notify me of the plan to withdraw this ...

ANOTHER FOB OFF!!

Once again a fob off of my ticket of over 1 month ago (5792976): cut & paste answer: If you think you're exempt from this kind of fraud, think again, there are plenty of other reliable wallets who will deliver in a timely & ethical manner. My family member's ticket (5603889) has still not been actioned after now 6 months (they have held over AUD$10K with NO EXPLAINATION) which has cost him $30K that he would have made had it been returned. He is so stressed over this, as he is also ill. ...
