Literally one of the most incompetent customer support teams I’ve ever encountered and that’s saying something considering I’ve experienced pretty bad online tech support from doordash, but even they do a better job than these people.

SCAMMERS
Warning, they are SCAMMERS. After using them for years, they decided to block my account saying that they can not give an explanation why because of "legal reasons". After almost a year, they emailed me that they are terminating my account WITH MONEY STILL IN IT, but will not refund me because of "30GBP withdrawal fees". The fees were NEVER this high. I don't know what happened to this service. I only had 22GBP left on the account, but imagine if I had more. I want my money back!
