Well, my bank account was closed without notice and I'll never be able to open a new one according to their policies. Without any delays, warnings or any given reason. It's bad, it has been great for years, but now, it's time to say that it's over.

Pure scam

This app is soooo not intuitive I have not been using it at all. So comes the moment when I ask for closure. Support tells me if I close the account I will loose the €30 I have on it, without any explanation. They just send indigestible links no one can read and understand. My negative Wirex experience

Had two issues with Wirex. First: they "forgot" to pay reward for the crypto exchange promotion. Support said the issue was passed to "relevant" team and now no one reached me back in two weeks. Be careful and always check whether you received your reward as they claim that it will be paid within 30 working days. Second: exchange rates are extremely unfavorable. I am really sad. I bought shares in Wirex through crowdcube - a mistake. I signed up for an account and card. Initially impressed but then one problem after another. The card was useless for months while the company struggled with UK regulation. Double charge subscription. Very unclear that I had upgraded my account from free; no e mail notification of charges. Despite complaining and refund agreed of over £60 charges not yet credited. High commission on exchanges. Finally card declined 3x ...
