Wirex, has a great future ahead of it. Have never had any problems with the app so far outside of minor issues. Very fast support. I am very satisfied and the updates that follow are well thought out and user-friendly.

Works very well!
App works very well, everything is easy and secure on registering, logging and using, the card arrived the following day, 1 minute to activate it, I tried to receive a small amount from another user, i got the amount in seconds, i went to an ATM and had the cash without any problem....It works! ( i'm a private user, i don't have any relation with Wirex, this is a real and sincere feedback!) My compliments to Wirex!

WXT sign-up bonus was removed
Signed up a few weeks ago and got €15 in WXT sign-up bonus. Was going to use Wirex for the X-account to earn interest. However, the entire WXT sign-up bonus was just removed from my account (balance now shows €0), and many others are reporting the same has happened. I wasn't given any reason or explanation. I'm not going to trust Wirex to handle any of my money if it can just disappear from my accounts. 1 star.

Pure, plain scam.
Their referral actions are pure scam. At first they changed minimal withdrawal amount to astronomical amounts - cool, I get it, they didn't want people to take advantage from the promo, taking money and deleting their accounts. But taking EARNED tokens worth couple hundreds of dollars is just plain scam. Absolutely abysmal service
Absolutely abysmal service. Closes your account without warning and asks you for a btc address to give your funds to before they can close your account fully. I provided them with this in January an absolute joke of a company stay far away they will lock your money from you.
