I have Wirex card and account for several years. I am basically happy. Card works, Cashback works. Support become better. I am from Europe. Why not 5 starts. They stop using SEPA and their web application is not so good as mobile app. They do not provide information and facts - how their saving accounts are generating money (that this is not a ponzi). The card works fine, you will get many problems if you need support, I made a mistake with a coin and they have been fixing the error for 2 months now, it feels like they don't care about solving any user query, the UI is very hard and complicated, it is made for you to lose money stay away from this app

I had an account with wirex for a few years. Theres always been problems from them, constantly changing the banks and info you send you funds to. Thats dangerous because ive sent funds and theyve changed the bank again and my funds were stuck for months. They blocked my account for no reason about a year ago and asked for the 5th time to verify my account which i had done again and again and i sent them the info they asked for which was id, bank id, proof of withdrwels AND deposits of fiat ...

Mostly I’m happy with the app except for a few minor things. The menu system could be more transparent, not entirely logical for me. What I miss most is the ability to transfer for FIAT currencies outside of Wirex.

Wirex is bad it takes users money.

Wery bad support do not resolve tickets. After using app from first days thar gon online,and spending over 100K with them they suspended my account for no aperent reason. After suspending it never got mail what is going on but they took my money naw more than two month past. They do not care about users only profits and there is many users allso new ewery day telling same story how they got account suspended. Look Out! This company is a big scam! First at all they do not answer your questions. Second at all the intrest rate is not right. Have mention this in a mail. But never get a answer.
