I can never withdraw funds from the ATM…
I can never withdraw funds from the ATM or use my card. I think something dodgy is going on. You can never get assistance. I think this a TOTAL RIP OFF!

I have been using Wirex for a few…
I have been using Wirex for a few months now and no problems so far. The only thing to point out is that crypto deposits are a bit slow and the USDT trc20 network, which is used a lot for its low transaction costs, should be integrated. For the rest the card is fantastic and accepted everywhere.

Hi there, i have a problem in a Wirex. My money is pending 2 days, this is too long, I did everything right from myself, right address, right network. But my transaction is still pending, help my transaction to go faster to my binance, or give my solana funds back on my Wirex. I can’t wait anymore this is very important transaction.

Underrated, I think
Disclaimer: my experience is mine only... When I read these reviews I panic transfered everything out of wirex. Was not just a few pennies... All went smoothly (kinda). I feel maybe here a lot of people come to vent, skewing reviews to the negative side. Overall, I can say wirex has treated me well, but I can see why people can be put off: - inefficient approval process - limited transfers out in crypto, compared to competitors - Headquarter is dodgy, seems like a rented shared space. ...

Very good but average customer support
Has a very good range of features which aren't found in similar offerings. E.g. staking ETH and BTC. But a few times I needed customer support the support was either unavailable immediately or not answering my queries properly. If my next customer support experience is satisfactory I'll without hesitation leave 5 stars.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. After a year they refused me access to my account demanding financial information I genuinely don't have, and wanting details of EVERY deposit! Even banks don't do that and they won't give me my money back.
