Had some issues but resolved.

Support wasn't answering at all until I've posted a negative review hire on TrustPilot. After the review Wirex representatives contacted me in about a day and resolved the issue in about a week.

Always write the usual automatic reply that you send to everyone, I have read the rules and conditions, I am not a criminal and I do not find what you are doing to me right, if you can give me detailed explanations, I can take legal action. Horrible support experience

Wirex works well, until it doesn't. Tried to make a withdrawal, it got stuck on pending. When opening a ticket/request at support it gets immediately closed with generic text that does not help, in the text it says "reply to the email if you still need help". When replying you get another email from them saying you cant email them, make a new request, when making a new request it get immediately closed again (see the issue here?). It is a complete scam. Easy to get funds in. Not so much out. Ultra High fees. Duo is a scam. No profit. Do NOT use it.

Account has been restricted for 2 months and now I just cannot log in anymore to open tickets. They prove everyday more and more what a scam it is. I believe in second chances but just communicate. You are making it worse every day. I can bet what automatic answer I will get to this...

The worse crypto company ever. I have used Wirex for 6 months and had no issues, but suddenly, they blocked my account. asked for re-verification, which I did, and they still want to hold my $500 for two weeks. No response. No details. Nothing. There are numerous complaints in their Discord as well. Avoid at all cost;
