Wirex Scam.
Wirex Scam. I had eth and btc in their x-accounts with promised interest which was never paid. After a few emails back and forth they said that the problem will be resolved. It's been 8 months now and I'm tired of waiting. I know they will never pay. Beware of the scam they are. Scam!

Be careful
Be careful. They froze me a lot of money (50,000$ +) because they need "Verification" but my identity and account was verified already in the past. And it is more than week now and my Verification proccess is still in progress and my money are blocked. Without ETA or update. Support saying that they have technical issue and cannot help me now. They block your account without notice
They blocked my account without notice preventing me from accessing MY money. They let me deposit my money AND ONLY AFTER THAT they asked me to go through a never ending verification process!! They say it takes some minutes but I have been waiting for days and in the meantime, my account is completely blocked. Do not use this service. NEVER. Wirex card frozen !!!!
Just before going on holiday, my wirex app prompted me for source of funds verification, which I submitted, following which my account got frozen. 1 week after still trying to get an explanation why, but support are not helpful at all and at times logging me out when I ask when my account will be back. EDIT: 29.04 SCAM!!! They are gathering users via promotions, but not paying the bonuses. Not replying tickets. Probably scam. EDIT: I've sent every information they asked for, I will update when and how they respond. 29.04 - yup, complete scam. Only automated answers by robots, they are not paying their obligations to their users due to promotions. Completely dishonest.
