Unfortunately their customer support is inadequate and unable to even followup, they might be understaffed. I asked to reset my 2fa and uploaded the required documents, and its been weeks with no answer, quite disappointed.

Wirex is not worth asking for my ticket number because every time I send it you do nothing so be careful to put your money at home

They locked up my account with my funds…
They locked up my account with my funds there. Suppose keep saying they were working on that, sent multiple emails, same answer. Not even giving any queue number / support queue number. Now they decide not reply to my email anymore. I dont know what should I do next now. It has been about 6 months
