Big disappointment and despair, probably ponzi
My account was succesfully verified by support. However I cannot login to my account. Cannot manage my portfolio, nothing. Support cant provide any relevant info just vaiting for relevant team. My portfolio losing value and I cannot NOTHING! More then 3 weeks! absolute hopelessness. Be carefull this seems like ponzi.

Good for payments but bonuses are fake
I did not received refferal bonus my friends bonus was cancelled without giving any reason. After making complaint in customer service i cant be connected with a real person. My emails are without answrr but anyway i use wirex for their services. I dont trust them so i wouldnt deposit big amounts. I belive some day they will close business and disappear

I would love to give Wirex 5 stars because for the most part I loved having my account. However, on May 3rd I was locked out of my account and I am unable to touch my bitcoin that is in my account. I have sent multiple emails and keep being told to be patient and that the issue has been escalated to the relevant team. I still have not heard from this said relevant team.
