Unprofessional costumer service.
I have done two transfers from my wirex account to a wallet. The amount was not small, about 25000 AUD in bitcoin. The transactions do not show on the blockchain, and are not cancelled they are stuck for more than 72 hours. I have contacted them but even their supposed live agents are bots. Their costumer service is horrid! In the meantime nobody can tell me why the money has not arrived or cancel the transaction. Their response is always: we are working on it. The are refusing to give time ...

Awful company, avoid!
Used to be able to buy WXT and use the card in shops for purchases and minimum withdrawal limits used to be fair. Unexpectedly they stopped this and increased there minimum withdrawal limits. Customer service is abysmal and the whole company on the whole is scummy. Keep my £50, (that’s now worth £20) I’m not putting an extra £250 in to WXT to meet the minimum withdrawal to get it back. Deleting the app, destroying the card and moving on….

XLM transfer didn't arrive
I made a XLM tranfer on march 8 to my wirex wallet, with the correct adress and memo, but i still haven't received my funds in my account. I contacted the support since march 9, but they are still to provide me with a solution for my problem. Two months have passed already and I am yet to see my money. All the support says is that my case is still under investigation due to a high number of requests, but 2 months is time enough to provide a client with a solution. I may change my review if ...

Well I used their card for a hotel authorization hold because it was the only card I had after my wallet got stolen. I had the $75 in my USD wallet, declined. Tried again, declined. Exchanged the money to Bitcoin and it worked…but tacked on a $17 fee. Now the hotel needs to refund the money to the card and it can’t. Customer support is non existent. The number on the back of the card does nothing but direct you to a Speak-and-Spell that just eventually tells you that no one is ...
