Wirex is a SCAM

Wirex is a SCAM. I've transferred funds into wirex both Crypto and fiat and now cannot transfer out, even after passing all of their security checks and ticking every box. My funds are stuck and there is ZERO customer support to rectify this. Have tried contacting Wirex on via their official support page, email, twitter, instagram and have had no reply. Wirex is the worst app you could possibly ever use, stay away, they are complete scammers! Exapmples of what I mean - They do not pay out promotions! They raise the limit of which you can exchange WXT to fiat to minimum trade of 250 Euros, if you have less you cannot exchange it at all! They seize people's accounts and funds, and you wait for months and years if you even succeed getting them back! Stay away!! I just cut up my card, also all my friends did the same and we are now letting ...

I have 2997 wtx in my account, obtained with my recommendation and use of the card. Today I have seen that more than 1500 wxt have disappeared from my account, I request that my coins be returned to me.

I moved home so have now provided Wirex with evidence of my new address. They began a communication process and then stopped. I now cannot access my account or my funds because I challenged a 5-7 day turnaround, which is extremely poor, and now what money is in my account can't be accessed. Their Wire Bot staff have made fun of me; pretty disgusting

Don't even bother

I seldom give bad reviews but I couldn't get my card to work, didn't bother using it for a few months because couldn't find a solution online / get in contact with staff, and then remembered I had $200 loaded on there which I now can't get off because they won't respond to me regarding my $200 that I can't spend, or take off the Wirex account. I was really hoping they'd be good, but not only is it not good, it doesn't work AND they won't give your money back

They have locked me out of my wirex…

They have locked me out of my wirex account out of the blue without any notice and clear indication what is wrong. I created multiple tickets and asked for help in their wirex community forum and all they said is will get back to you as soon there is an update. Becareful they will gain your trust then suddenly lock your account and hold all your money! I hope this get put on to the news and let the whole world know.

Scam company, stay away

Scam company. 1. Locks people out of their funds 2. Doesn’t pay out promo bonuses 3. Doesn’t answer support tickets 4. Unjustly changes their ToS all the time “allowing” them to do the above things. We’re gathering a team to file a legal case against them for manipulation, fraud and possibly money laundering (still gathering evidence with insiders). Their CEO Pavel Matveev seems to be the mastermind behind this scam.
