The app is quite easy to use and effective. I personally use it in different shops and to buy online. The only problem that I have experimented is that it is not possible to use it at the automatic payment box of the fuel stations. This fact occurs in Italy. I do not know in the foreign countries.

I can’t access my funds

I’ve been using wirex for a few years now. They recently decided to verify my address again, I’ve sent my official documents several times and they aren’t responding and the app keeps giving me an error. Because of this I am not able to get into my account and don’t have access to my money and its been a month now. I’ve contacted support multiple times and it’s been useless.

They lure you with bonussen

They lure you with bonussen, but they will not send the bonus! And they stopped responding on emails. Total scam. Visit the wirex community page and look for yourself. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

permanently blocked, promised refund that isnt happening!

Wirex decided to block my account 2022/04/14. and i have been promised a refund of my remaing balance but still 20220527 i still havent been refunded. my refund request with my account details for the account i expected to see my funds transfered to was confirmed 20220429 with a email from wirex. 20220506 i also recive a email from wirex with an official letter attached confirming this refund aswell. Worst company ever. They steal your money and never answer with a solution. I'd received the bonus reward for signing up and after few months they just removed it from my wallet. Fishy UPDATE: I'd opened two incidents, but reply's were not helful. They first remove my WXT from my wallet and said that T&C are going to be updated in the future but they never notice in advance.
