A DOT deposit pending since Feb 8, impossibility to withdraw my funds, two tickets, one escalation and a formal complaint. All I get is periodic automated chatGPT-style apology e-mails. Is this legal? [Edit] I'm happy to share details: support tickets 5797290 and 5797546 from 9/2/24; Support escalation 5824774 from 8/3/24; formal complaint WCC85939 from 3/4/24.
