I used this app more than 5 years. I send out my usdt week ago, but payment status is pending. They answer to my mails that they are too busy and can not answer to my request. Stay away from this app! They freeze your funds without warning and keep them frozen for months without providing any meaningful explanation or status updates. Their customer support is incompetent, useless and the worst I've personally encountered among all the similar services.
