Verification joke
My account has been frozen since April for verification purposes which it already had been done years ago, sent payslip bank account details for verification purposes . KYC ( know your customer ) account still frozen , cannot withdraw any monies, I would not recommend this app, if you rely on quick access to your funds you will find that you are at the mercy of this poorly organised company .

The biggest scammers
My account was blocked for no reason with funds on it. It is over 2 years now and I cannot have access to my funds! Be aware of wirex it is big scam! Edit: nothing received as always! Edit: still not resolved and probably never will be. They have my funds over 2 years. How is possible that company still exist and can scam more people. Check their forum, there are thousands of people like me.

Wirex lies
I transferred $1000 in litecoin to an address generated by my Wirex app. After transferring it, I opened the Wirex app to view the transfer. However, the app then said it could not generate a Litecoin address and to check back later. I checked back the next day and the app had generated a DIFFERENT address. I contacted Wirex for support. They seemed to have no idea how it happened or how to resolve it despite all of the evidence I provided. That was two months ago and they still have no ...
