Wirex Asked me a series of questions, some I could not answer . And were asking for names of the People I was working with . Wirex would not accept Tel. calls for clarification and when I asked for their relevant Ombudsman details they closed my account . Claim I violated Policy without specifying the issue . On 15/05/2022 I refueled at an ESSO…
On 15/05/2022 I refueled at an ESSO station for € 55 on the card and I was charged € 103.29 for pre-authorization, I reported it to VIREX customer service and to date I have not yet been reimbursed . I feel compelled to say that today 16/06/2022 virex has given me back the pre-authorization credit of € 103.29 that it had frozen.

I didn't face any problem with wirex
I didn't face any problem with wirex. I am with them 1.5 year now and i made too many transactions from deposits to withdrawals even having their card to buy on stores. For me all this work. If something strange is going to happen i will write it here.
