The App and desktop hang-up when I attempt to submit a document. When I get a request to submit documents by email, it follows with "This is an automatic reply to the request you submitted to support.wirex [at] wirexapp.com. I was scammed £4,600 by buying bitcoin and then sending it to a company to invest. The company then shut down their website and ran off with everyone’s money by stopping them from withdrawing their money and keeping it all. I contacted support for help as banks usually do chargebacks or refund your money to do if you’ve been scammed but instead they did nothing all they said was there’s nothing that they can do not one thing they could do and as this is a bank non of my other banks could do ...

Okay I used them for about 6-8 weeks, Ioved them, no fees to trade crypto, I started paying the 30$/mo for 8% cash back. About 5 weeks In I exchanged 50usd for 50$ worth of EOS token, my 50$ was removed but the transaction just said pending.. I did another one for 50usd then exchanged it back np. Worst, dubious, scam, Ponzi scheme wallet ever, they will successfully Register you, allow you to make 2 or 3 transactions and the next heavy money inside your wallet will be stolen by them they will block your account! Stay away from Wirex! Bad wallet ever! Death unto them

you think you get cashback, but cant use it

you think you get cashback, but they keep raising the withdraw or sell limit for the WXT coin.. wonder why? and what will happen one day with this "sjit"coin.

Support keep sending me emails that whole team of important people's working on this case but they can not tell me when they will deposit my money on my account. Transfer was done 17th of May , today is 18 July and still no money. In the blockchain everything was completed and arrived to Wirex but apparently not to me yet. ...
