I am very dissatisfied with how verification works, I created an account at the end of April, started to go through verification, and it is still going on today (06/29/22) although it says that it takes 24 hours. STAY WAY!

After joining WIREX by invitation, having verified the personal details, ordered the Wirex debit card, loaded and purchased €100 worth of btc in the only possible way with a debit card, I was simply told that I am not eligible for the current campaign , which is nothing special. I feel that I cannot trust WIREX when not even the most basic promises are fulfilled. Disappointed.

I tried recover my money for several months. Every time I deliver required documents they want more. Or they say that they did not get email with the documents. I sent documents 20 times and I have confirmation it was delivered but still no answer.I am sure that I will get the answer for this post that they did not received my emails. If they want info why they don't contac me directly on my email? Because that they will have to unblocked the account. There is no direct line to wirex when ...

Not the greatest, intuitive app...

To each his own, but the app interface is not intuitive or user friendly at all. Redrawing funds was also a pain f.e. wanted to transfer XLM towards my Ledger or Exodus Wallet --> continuously error message "transaction failed" Had to wire to a centralized exchange first and then to my non-custodial wallet. That is a hard pass for me so I'm out...

my account is blocked for no reason at all for over 5 months, there was over 40k on the account, try to contact the support team for over 15 times, only got standard reply's, now i'm getting really angry.... last ticket nr is 2195072, wirex please solve the issue , i think 5 months is not a short while.....

Great potential…but horrible customer care

I wish I could give 5 stars as Wirex has the potential to be the best exchange for interest rates offered. Unfortunately the customer service is horrible: the live chat is basically useless, something that resembles a human bot with very limited knowledge and intelligence. The ticket service is very slow and unfriendly. Also being elite status does not offer the advances that one would expect in terms of service and benefits. In that regard crypto.com is much better
