Endless verification without access to your funds.
They hold my money and put me in an endless verification state (for 2 months already) as soon as I deposited funds after initial verification that I successfully passed. They do not allow me to move my funds and their verification team just ignore my applications. It happened to other people as well, so don't ignore negative reviews.

Wirex is for me the best crypto credit…
Wirex is for me the best crypto credit card combination available on the market. The coins are easy to manage, the payment while shopping works great, and does not even need to be exchanged beforehand. The fees are also fully ok, and the selection is also great. If now a few more coins from the Polkadot Chains could be available, I would fit my entire crypto spectrum.

Do Not open a Wirex account
I have a Wirex account from 4years, for the last 3years everything was fine but In the last 8 months the wirex app started to request a verification. I did It and in 3months It was accepted, of course during this time I wasnt able to use the app. After that my pasaport expires and I upload my Id card. I am very dissatisfied with how verification works, I created an account at the end of April, started to go through verification, and it is still going on today (06/29/22) although it says that it takes 24 hours.
