They have refused to credit my account…
They have refused to credit my account for retail returns. Costing me hundreds of dollars and they ignore my inquiries. Therefore it appears to be a criminal enterprise.

Been a customer @ wirex for many years, the card works just fine not a single in stores refusal, my last inquiry was replied to within 24 hours and most recently my signing up to their x-accounts and premium membership was rewarded with a dollar within a day ! :-)

lie again everything that was in the response of wirex is a lie, they did not send me any new letter with new documents, they only wrote that there is no news, you need to wait, be patient, they cannot unblock my account

AVOID! SCAM!
Stay away from this app, don't put your money in there, don't transfer any money via Wirex, i live In Ukraine they stole my last 500 usd, they scam people who live in war, this is nonhuman and immoral. At every 1 star review the same copy past answer. upd: I have responded to the request, they did nothing.
