my account has been hacked …

my account has been hacked and all they have done is blocking me from having access without notifying me of what they are doing to get my money back, if they are doing something. There should be an emergency number to call in cases such as this, I had to wait ages on the chat and explaining to different people what had happened,all the while the hacker was away with my money, it is all well while all is good but in case of problems I don't recomend it

Locked funds since weeks. SCAM?

My funds are blocked due to a pending verification of my financial source, I've provided my payroll slip but the verification is pending since weeks and I'm not able to use my money. Is wirex a scam? I've created 2 tickets and had many chats. SCAMMERS They shut your account no reason and keep your money

Maybe a big company but they are slowly taking everyone's money Was with them for a long time always using wirex daily till one day they shut my account won't tell me why they don't respond to emails and keep your money I've been reading it's happening to many people Don't get sucked in and let them steal your money

Is Wirex a SCAM ?

I opened an account, passed full verification and received approval the account is active. I also ordered a credit card, and funded the account with FIAT and Crypto. The next day I tried to transfer Crypto to an external wallet, and whatever I do, fails without explanation. GUYS PLEASE AVOID WIREX THEY ARE SCAM

Hi Guys, please you need to take your funds out of wirex account,avoid them at all cost. They locked my funds in my wirex account for months. I already sent all requested documents, I have sent series of messages and till now they didn't open my locked account nor refund my money. I have ready they already this this to alot of people. I will be writing review about them in every forum. They are terrible.

I don't know why the service is still active

Now it's more than year and my 4th review here, they still not send my funds. Blocked my account, stole my funds and don't reply to my emails. I already know your auto response to this review, and please don't send it again. Send my funds, you already have all the information. I don't know how you can do that for the people, maybe they rely on that funds, maybe they need them for food.. You are terrible! And message to the employees, get out of this scam company asap.
