It is the worst of the worst i tried to close my account for 2 months i never made a transaction and they are always delaying it and now support does not answer anymore. This in not the way they need to work according the policy. I would stay away from this.

RUN AWAY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I sent cryptos to my wallet. Trying to withdraw it for a couple of days now, all attempts failed, without any reason, and the support is telling you to try again, and again, and now not answering anymore... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ive sent crypto transfer to my wirex…
Ive sent crypto transfer to my wirex account on May 17 and ive not been credited, opened a ticket and nobody solved the issue, not even a feedback. Im sick and tired to chat the support who doesnt give a s *** about customers. Update, opened a ticket and they closed without any explanations and still no money in my account. Stay away from this company or you loose your money.

I've been a happy Wirex customer for the last two years but stopped using the wirex card a week ago when Wirex introduced charging a fee on AUD debit card transfers to the AUD Wirex account. What a stupid move from my point of view...

Crypto company asking for your SWIFTT code?
Wirex is stealing millions of dollars of customer money by suddenly blocking access to accounts, holding customer funds as hostage. They reply with apologetic messages to Trustpilot reviews as a cover-up (same copy-and-paste answer), after that they don't reply to your message for weeks and months. Enough is enough!!!
