Customer service terrible bad company
I've had a account with them and I have not been able to access it due to 2fa now literally sent multiple amounts of messages this has been going on for nearly a year now Would not recommend or trust will change review if something is done Disgusting customer service

I wish I could rate 0. My account has been locked since Aug 2022 and i just keep getting the runaround of support team will contact me. I have money locked into my wirex account and I cannot access it.

I just use few months and I also bought a elite yearly subscription and I used to spend the card everywhere and I used to get 4% cashback. I was happy but wirex wasn’t happy to see to get this kind of cashback they blocked my card after that they asked me some questions I gave then unblocked my card later again they blocked and few months I wasn’t use my card now they said they are going to closed my account.
