The worst breed of scammers
They closed my account without giving me any explanation and despite my request for information they continue to say that it is their right to do so. They also withheld the entire deposit that I had accumulated in cash-back. They are just banal thieves.

Yep. Not worth it
So after trying the app and investing 350€ in it I've come to a conclusion that the app is horrible, functions in it even worse and oh boi wait for the support. : "Due to an internal policy there are limitations on blah blah blah. Please try it again in a week." I mean c'mon guys. Even minion jokes are better. I lost around 50€ on fees and i don't even want to know if I'll see a cent. Account suspended with no explanation
Can’t comment on the app itself, but Wirex the company would deserve 0 star. Shortly after creating account and going through KYC successfully, my account was suspended. I have been trying to understand why but am faced with a wall of “we can do so, and don’t have to tell you why, it’s in the Ts and Cs”, sometimes with a ”we can’t tell you why,for legal reasons” thrown in… but not always! Thankfully I had no funds in the app/wallet at the time but would not touch them with a barge pole :-(

Wirex SCAM: Account locked by WIREX with huge funds
Ticket: 2558308, WIREX locked my account asking for additional documents. I have submitted everything. But, they locked my account with USD 12,500. It's been more than two weeks. I hope a person who got affected will find its CEO and visit him in person to resolve this. The complaint is being submitted this week to relevant Australian authorities through International Corporate Lawyers and it will be tougher for Wirex to operate in APAC region. Stop scamming people.

A very useful App to manage Crypto and FIAT
A very useful App to manage not only Crypto, but also FIAT money. I found it very useful while I was abroad, being able to convert money from one currency to the other one straight inside of the App, and so having money in the local currency to be used with the Wirex card for payments with it. This is very useful to avoid unexpected last minute high fees on single payments when using a normal credit/debit card converting money at the moment you are paying.

Wirex is a thief
I opened the app at the suggestion of someone who turned out to be a scammer. When I actually put money into the account, Wirex then blocked my account and stole my money. They will not tell me anything as to why they blocked my account. Wirex replied, but still hasn't told me what the issue is or make arrangements to give me back my money

Great functionality!
I'm extremely happy with my day to day experience of Wirex Card/App, I charge up my account from external exchanges with Crypto and do groceries,fuel up my car and so on, great utility, thanks for your top service!
