Issue resolved after 5 months!!!!
Today I received a refund for two subscriptions made in error back in March. It took around 20 emails and after 5 months finally resolved. Initially I gave a rave review two years ago as the card itself is excellent but it seems when there is a problem Wirex fails miserably. Good, fast, Customer service is essential. That is where Wirex needs to concentrate their efforts.

Better than nothing
Have been using their card for 4 months now. Not the very best UI&UX, but it works. A lot of updates, almost every couple of days. Why are you doing it this way? There are no visible changes. Make it once a month. Also please do something with a support chat, it's very uncomfortable. Anyway, it's working and can be useful.
