STAY AWAY from Wirex / don’t trust them! My experience was and still is a hell of a nightmare with Wirex! First everything worked well how it should. Back in August 2021 under mysterious and unknown reasons my account was blocked and I could not get access to my cryptos. Stay away of this company! Let me tell my experience. Back few years they attracted people with cryptoback payings offering 5% in Bitcoin which was really nice at the time. Heard people tried to withdraw their BTC and it was not possible. However I just let my cryptoback there so I could not tell if Wirex was doing bad things even since their inception. Totally Unreasonable Support Speed

Account suspended due to "regulatory responsibilities" on July 15. All information provided same day, and since then, infrequent communication outlining "sincere apologies for the delayed response", etc - however 6 weeks later, funds remain unavailable. Don't use this company

After toping up the account with funds and, ask for the card, they blocked my account with money there, it has been 25 days since I can't get an answer, and no access to my account ... This is an no trust company ... Be careful it is danger to use them... Even worse, they replied here saying that they send an email, and that’s completely BS … no email was received, I did fill up 3 forms requests but it has been more than 25 days without an answer

I’m still waiting for the reward price (50€ Worth of wxt) from 3 months ago, still no answer to the open ticket. Today, without saying anything, they just changed the percentage of APY of my x-accounts from 16% to 1%. They lost all credibility they got in the last year. don’t give them money!
