Wirex App / Service use to work...
Wirex app & card was working well for a couple of years. Then out of now where my account got locked out, submitted tickets for support. Waited 1 week, 2 weeks, 2 months and now 4 months and I'm still locked out and ALL my funds unreachable. So my trust for the app is at it lowest and i don't even bother open any new tickets. Looking for another provider.

Stay away from this app
Stay away from this app. Zero customer service and has the tendancy to lock your account without any reason. Looks like a scam app.

If you fund your account, you can forget about them completely. They will require verification, but when you send them all the documents, they just stop responding and disappear. In this case, you won't be able to do anything at that point. Withdraw your deposit back, too. They will procrastinate with verification, in the hope that you will just forget about your funds and agree to give them your money. I feel like i am the victim of a mugging.
I just purchased around £30 in Bitcoin for quite a low fee. Then i withdrew it and got charged over £9.40 for the pleasure. £9.40! To withdraw less than £30 in Bitcoin! I attempted to contact them but unfortunately it's impossible to get through to a human agent. Just a chatbot that posts links to help articles. Terrible. Truly terrible. I actually feel like i have been mugged.
