Worst app ever
Worst app ever, funds directly stolen from the account and they even sent me an email saying that they stole it , and they will give it back in the future. I talked to support but its useless, they treat you like a joke, the live chat did not answer for 20 minutes and still counting, email not respond for 2 days and counting, money stolen. I would give this service a "0" star if possible. Attempted to send Btc from my account to another BTC address. The transaction failed. Received email from Wirex stating they would restore the BTC to my wallet. They have not done so. This company is registered in Croatia. Customer service is inCroatia. Do Not use this company for crypto transaction. YOU WILL lose your crypto.

What do you like best about Wirex Wallet? Wirex wallet can be accessed both in mobile and windows applications. The wallet currency can be used in any country, similar to a visa. However, selected restaurants and stores accept cryptocurrencies from wirex wallet, mainly in the UK, Japan and Ukraine. Wirex wallet is easy to register and use, even for non-tech-savvy people.

UPDATE : 09.19.2022 i got my refund back. Account got locked on Jun 2 and it took them this long to refund me. But they DID make a refund so i am glad.

Can’t transfer money
Was good when just launched but now all gone down hill. Can’t send money back to bank account at all. They say it’s temporary but it’s been forever now. The only way to access my money is cash machine or convert to crypto and send it with their ridiculous fee. I have over 10k on this app and can’t really do anything with it.

Stay away please!
Impossible to withdraw in USD or EUR. Every swap is charged at insane rates. When you miracolously succeed in sending out money (in btc) they apply another insane fee. Don’t buy their ridicolous token (WXT), you will be never be able to swap it back unless you have like a big bunch of them to finally swap at a fee of 8-10%. Stay away from this product. Don’t trust their claim on the card benefit.
