Wirex blocked my account due to 'compliance reasons'. I am unable to get my money out of there. I have reached out to customer service and all I get is that they cannot provide a time frame.

Would rate higher if was possible

Would rate higher if was possible! Have used Wirex services in Spain for over 4 years and never issues. I trade/buy and move crypto about regular and works fine. Just yesterday was doing eth trades and all was swimmingly. The card is great, works every time without fail getting 4% back.

Bank transfer still processing..bad service

Sent two bank transfers from Revolut using the provided Euro details, both show up as processing on Wirex for the last few days and haven't been credited. Support say they'll escalate it but as the replies have been poor via the created ticket and can't understand what is taking them this long to fix it.

Wirex is absolutely a waste of time.

It is absolutely a waste of time. I registered for an account with Wirex in 2021. After one month, I sent a request to close the account due to inactivity. I received a confirmation that, the account will be terminated in 30 days. Later in March 2022, I got a need of Wirex account and found my account registered in 2021, still active.
