It is works well but high top up commissions for all levels of loyalty

It is works well, but have high top up comissions It is works really well, but.... I had one review 5 stars, but i must give 2 stars, because Wirex have add one commision for topup money from card 2% it is a lot of money higher than other platforms. And although you pay for some Elite plan, with a price of 29,9 euros each month (350 eurs per year) it is not enough for having topup free. We also must pay 2% for only put instant money on wirex account. I am not satisfied with this changes ...

Wirex Red Flag! Wirex is not processing refunds.

Wirex Red Flag! Wirex is not processing refunds. Wirex did not process my USDT withdrawal, Later they locked my account and asked for SOF, The next day they claimed to have technical issues and my withdrawal failed, (which is fake because they were already processing other withdrawals on chain). I have provided SOF, It is all clean. They said they will deactivate my account, exchange all the USDT into EURO and will send back to my bank account with a processing fee of 30GBP. and ...

Transfers kept failing for days

Buying crypto was easy but transferring it to my wallet was a nightmare and took over a week to get it working. The transactions just kept coming back as failed and customer service was little to no help only telling me to try again. Now I've luckily gotten my crypto transferred to another platform and probably won't be using Wirex again.

Wirex is amazing

Wirex is amazing. I have been using this app for almost 2 years now With little or no problems. When ever they need more information they demand… and I have always provided and my account is reopened instantly. Amazing customer service. I only give four stars because for me they aren’t complete. Sepa incoming payments should be possible and the limits too should be increased. For now Wirex is simple what I need.

Wirex to good to be true (NOT)

Seems to good to be true , well this is ! If your based in the uk , bank transfers are hit and miss , you will wait and wait for your money to be returned. I like the principle ideas , but if you can not look after your customers , and fix your current problems, your customers will leave . Sort it out Wirex , or at least inform your customers what’s going on . Their status page shows all operational, but sadly this is not the case .
