I use Wirex now for 6 months and wish I discovered it sooner. The Wirex debet card is really a great solution and very easy to use. Although in the Netherlands not all the wireless machinery in the shops are supported especially the ones where you hold your card at the side instead of on top of it. They are not supported but for the rest... a perfect solution. Exchange is also very useful and fast. All is done just in the Wirex app.

I feel frustrated!! Losing money!!
I feel frustrated!! They charge me fees for maintenance esch month for inactivity, 5€ more or less... But the last month thet chrage me 0.08 BTC (between 1500 and 1800 €). Thats obnoxious!! And they dont give details of the charge or anything!! When ask to their support, they just give you the legal conditions, but dont solve anything. UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK, I DISCOURAGE EVERYONE TO ENTER THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Huge disappointment
Huge disappointment and completely useless service. Opened account, verified myself, sent money into account and learned that all my founds are "temporary unavailable". No chance for human contact or any info on the site. Imagine this: your money blocked and you can only talk to the bot.

Opened an account, transfer the funds and 24h later wirex locked my account
Hello @Wirex, opened an account on October 1, verified it and order the card to my home address. Transfer around 6 500 Euros to my new Wirex account from my Revout account, right after. The money was available on my Wirex account instantly, check it couple of times during the day. No issues with the app or the account. The next day, on the October 2, I tried to access my account around 1 PM (GMT+2). Got an automatic message that my account is locked due to security reasons. The same ...

Really recommend it
Wirex is easy to use and I am happy to know this app. The app works fine and looks nice. I was looking for an alternative to Binance, Wirex is the perfect complement for everyone who wants to use their crypto or Fiat in a single account. I really recommend Wirex, dashboard and app are easy to use
