Wirex restricted withdrawals with no reson.
Logged in to my wirex account after couple of months to check the balance but realized that my account is limited to deposits only. I cant withdrawal any of my crypto or even could not close my X account as well. Raised a complaint (request no 2967927) with online chat and received all call center lines and apologies but no reason. Waiting for them to resolve.

At Last! Wirex resolved my issue in Jan. 2023
I'm hoping that Wirex will read this and do something: Your Wirex Account- Request for Additional Information #2975845 I've sent the additional information multiple times without a proper response and my account is still blocked. I was a Tier Three crowdfunding investor, and still there is no communication. I'm happy to revise my two-star evaluation but they need to communicate.

Incoming transfers lost and unable to send funds
I have not been able to send funds for more than 48 hours and the funds I received have disappeared, luckily I have the links of the transactions in the blockchain. They keep making excuses about a technical problem, as soon as the problem is solved, I will send the funds to another wallet - really disappointed, unreliable company. case # 2966260

Scam company
Worst experience. They locked my account and not responding for more than 6 months. Not responding to tickets anymore. No refund was received to the accounts and no crypto is available. Bitcoin almost 2x from the time of block.
