Customer service structure and sudden changes to fees has been an issue in the past. Overall the service and platform is great and very handy so would recommend for small figures.

Fine company so far

Fine company so far, but lowering or canceling the intrest rates for some coins in the x-acounts made me sending my coins to an exchange where I get more for them.

They are far from perfect, but they deserve a chance

My personal experience so far would led me to say Wirex deserves 4 stars, 'cause they still have to improve in certain areas, but I unfortunately can't really give even that. There are certain problems which causes me to give 3 stars instead, although I love their product. I use their card every day. When they held a referral promotion, nobody I know received the rewards. I have been scammed too today

I was scammed today, and fortunately all my cards linked to the wirex need confirmation for the expenses. I have no words to say that the security system of this company is totally absent, I seen changed my telephone numbers, deactivated the 2fa of google and I was knocked out from the system. Asking help to the customer service... and of course they are on holiday 24 hours... I had to fight for 2 hours before being able to change the password, reactivate the 2fa, and change the tel number. ...

Little light and a lot of shadow... unfortunately

Very easy to sign up, very easy and cost effective to deposit fiat currency by card or transfer; very easy and cost effective buying of crypto. I also ordered their free Debitcard which worked fine - but if you get the rewards in their own Coin WXT you cant collect it unless you have at least 350 WXT equal to approx 350 USD in your account - means if you want to leave early you would have to buy the remaining WXT to get it out of Wirex. Their X Accounts which promissed 20% on NXUSD worked ...

Slow,unfair,lack of professionalism

More than one month ago wirex blocked my account because they wanted aditional verification (I'm using this service since 2017 and I sent a lot of docs so hard to understand, but okey). Took for them a pair of weeks (probably the slowest customer support I have ever seen) and some days lateral account was blocked again. I've transfered 74 AVAX to external wallet. Transfer is "pending" over 12 hours. When will this transaction be released by Wirex side? I don't want to wait months like other people I also tried to reach agent on Wirex app,I'm waiting over 20minutes and nobody is answering Update: After 30 hours STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVE AVAX. It's still "pending" from Wirex side WORST experience EVER! UPDATE: All problems resolved. It took 8 days to resolve everything and it's wasn't pleasant experience

After years of use without issues they…

After years of use without issues they closed my account because i did not want to reply on there extreme survey. Telling me that with closing my account they would transfer the funds to my bank accounts. After weeks, nothing, no reply on my emails where they where fast with replies before. Where is my money? If not received within 7 days i will file a former complaint at the FCA.
