Wirex account is blocked
I used Wirex for a little less than half a year. I credited USDT without any problems and then paid with a card and sometimes withdrew cash. 14.10.22 the card stopped working and access to the application was lost. I have contacted support with a request, but I only get standard responses. I was not informed of the reasons for the blocking and I was not asked for any additional information. Every so often they block my card and their support service is absolute trash. I am so sick of this and being locked out of my money. The product offering is just getting worse and worse too. I can't even withdraw my funds because my card is blocked. I am over it. Sign up if you want your money locked away and a hopeless customer support service that only runs during British work hours.
