And you need to lower the minimum amounts for exchanges and withdrawals. When exchanging WXT to USDT only from 300 dollars, that's not possible. I didn’t get a chance to check out the Wirex itself. I got bumped into clumsy and bureaucratic process proofing my address. I exposed two bank statements, notary signed and stamped document with clear address on it and even a residence permit — but all that weren’t enough to prove my address. I find that ridiculous and simply decided to stop trying 🤦

SCAM/FRAUD COMPANY

When you will receive crypto, they will block your account and not respond even after 2 months. In the meantime I checked the crypto address linked with my Wirex account and my money were already stolen, 0 balance. In the end I read their TOS where it says that they can close any account at any time without any explanation given. Straight Fraud!

Suddenly decided to close my account. worked normally with wirex for more than 3 years. Today we received a notice, that the account will be closed according to their rules. What service rules I violated - the company does not indicate. I can no longer recommend this service. At any moment you will be left without service and without explanation. I am using wirex app and card for 2 years now. Got some problem but the help desk always solved it , maybe sometimes they took a lot o f time by they done it. Abaout withdrawal problem just got a large amount of money out by bank transfer in 12 hour, i made it at midnight. I think they have to do a better follow up for the ticket because you can have the feeling toll that nobody is working on it.
