Account blocked, they're taking weeks for documents verification. Then the transactions are declined for no reason and support won't answer for days. Avoid at all cost.

Failed to make payments recently…
Failed to make payments recently without telling me the reason. The yearly limit - only 30000SGD is too low. Still got charged monthly fee when the Wirex card cannot be used which is unfair. I would suggest Wirex stop charging monthly fee if the Wirex card reached yearly limit or remove the yearly maximum limit.

Beware. This company has very shallow and non transparent protocols of verification (which can reoccur even on a verified account), doesn't give a damn about clients and has very poor email only support (sometimes you have to wait 1 week for 1 email).
