For 1 year+ my account has been closed, I'm waiting a promised "escalated" refund for 4 months. Pure scam.

Simple user friendly program

"Simple clear user friendly saving money" - that was my first review and i gave 5 stars My first review was that everything i good and app is very friendly. BUT after years or using program my account was suspended for review (thout everythind ok) usualy it takes few hours or few days, but now my account locked 6 weeks and from wirex any answers or contants. Wirex does have its down time but I have been a customer with them for over 4 years and I am pretty impressed. It’s one of the only financial app that meets my fiat, crypto and shopping needs. Used it in two different continents and 6 difference country for both online and physical transactions and have never been disappointed

I didn't have a chance to use Wirex too much, it was fast, I received the money that I added in seconds and I also made some money with duo. Unfortunately today my family had an accident and I was trying to get my money out, unfortunately I could't be able to send them to my card or any crypto exchange. Account blocked, they're taking weeks for documents verification. Then the transactions are declined for no reason and support won't answer for days. Avoid at all cost.
