Delay in withdrawing funds and no Live customer support
I tried to transfer funds that I needed urgently out of my Wirex account, but until now this has not been possible. When I was transferring funds into the account Wirex was quick to accept the funds almost instantaneously, but when it comes to transferring out, for some reason they are stalling. Scam alert!
I tried to top-up my account using free SEPA transfer, however, my 120 EUR top-up didn't reach the destination. They said that everything was fine on their end. I had to request a SWIFT copy from my bank and send it to them, they said that they forwarded the issue to the 'relevant team' (they always forward the issue to the 'relevant team' when they do not have anything to say).
